Each tool available on the Toolkit site has a mailing list forum, where users can email a list of other registered users to ask for assistance regarding that tool. Each email to a tool's mailing list is published in the archive pages so it's worth checking through them to see if your question has already been answered by the group. You can access the archives by selecting the browse or search links next to the tool of interest below.
