Windows 2000 + Service Pack 6, or
Windows XP + Service Pack 2, or
Windows NT, 95, 98 and ME are not supported.

Other supporting software
For the TIME framework tools to operate correctly, you must install:
1. Microsoft Data Access Components 2.6 or above. Go to download page

2. The Microsoft .NET 2.0 runtime. Go to download page

The person installing the software must have administrator access on the computer.
